Eek-A-Mouse grew up in Kingston and discovered a passion for singing at the age of 15 while he was still in school. It was at the age of 17, in 1974, that he recorded under his real name, his first two titles My father's land, then Creation. Subsequently, he released numerous hits, all marked by his very particular style, which made his signature throughout the world. His performance is very noticed with his title Ganja Smuggling. In 1988, his success materialized and he managed to convince his new audience with Eek-A-Nomics. Since then, it continues and goes on between 200 and 250 shows per year.

Eek-A-Mouse a grandi à Kingston et s'est découvert une passion pour le chant à l'âge de 15 ans alors qu'il était encore à l'école. C'est à l'âge de 17 ans, en 1974, qu'il enregistre sous son vrai nom, ses deux premiers titres My father's land, puis Creation.
Par la suite, il sort de nombreux tubes tous marqués par son style si particulier, qui a fait sa signature à travers le monde. Sa prestation est très remarquée avec son titre Ganja Smuggling. En 1988, son succès se concrétise et il arrive à convaincre son nouveau public avec Eek-A-Nomics. Depuis, il continue et enchaîne entre 200 et 250 spectacles par an.
